We try our best to give you a great shopping experience and our aim is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. To help both you and us achieve this we have listed here as much as information as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Debit or Credit Card - You can pay by using most credit cards through our secure online credit card processing system, simply choose debit/credit card as your payment option at the checkout. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro and MasterCard. This payment method is accepted for International and UK Buyers.

Paypal - If you have a payment account with Paypal we are happy to accept this payment method too. This payment method is accepted for International and UK Buyers. New to Paypal?

Cheques and Postal Orders - If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, the address to send it to will be shown at the end of your transaction. Goods are to be paid for within 5 days from the time you placed the order. This payment method is accepted for UK Buyers only.
If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to "Bohemia Fashions". Please send then to us at 32 Buchanan Drive, Luton, Beds, LU2 0RT.

Pay Over the Phone - You can select this payment option if you prefer for us to take your card details over the phone. Once you submit your order, all we will need from you is the Card Number (long number accross the middle of card) and Expiry Date. Please enter a contact number for us to call you or alternatively you can call us with the details.

We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our website online or offline.

As soon as your order is placed and payment has been cleared, you will receive an email from us to confirm this. This will happen automatically for Debit/Credit Cards and Paypal payments.


 
 

DELIVERY:

We dispatch orders promptly and aim to dispatch orders daily. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and overseas are sent by Airmail. Orders over £50 will qualify for FREE DELIVERY and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed For).

If you wish to have a guaranteed service with track and trace, please choose either (2)Courier England and Wales or (3) UK Special Delivery (see conditions below) and if you are overseas email us for a quote.

At the checkout you will have the following 5 shipping methods to choose from:-

(1) UK First Class (by Royal Mail) - For any UK postcode choose this option, we aim to dispatch orders daily, so if your order arrives before 2pm Monday to Friday it's most likely to go that same day. Signature at delivery will NOT be required. We will do our very best to pack your order so that it will safely fit through your letterbox.

Orders over £50 will qualify for FREE DELIVERY and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For, which means a
signature at delivery will be required.

Royal Mail aim to deliver items sent this way within 1 to 2 working days. We are unable to guarantee the postage timescales as these are beyond our control.

(2)Courier England and Wales (by UK Mail Express Parcel Service), which covers most postcodes for Mainland England, Wales and some areas South of Scotland (please email us your postcode for a quote and expected delivery date). This service is guaranteed* by UK Mail that your order will arrive by next working day. All we ask is that you place your order with us before 2pm on Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, however if your order is urgent, contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. To track and trace your item, please email us to receive your 14 digit reference number. Signature at delivery will be required.

*There are some restrictions on areas that are covered by the guarantee of next day delivery by UK Mail, contact us
with your postcode for an expected delivery date.

(3) UK Special Delivery (by Royal Mail) - which will cover any UK postcode, this service is guaranteed* by Royal Mail that your order will arrive by 1pm next working day. All we ask is that you place your order with us before 2pm on Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, however if your order is urgent, contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. To track and trace your item, please email us to receive your 13 digit reference number. Signature at delivery will be required.

Saturday Guaranteed If you are placing your order on a Friday and would like it guaranteed by Saturday 1pm, please add 'Saturday Delivery' to your order, this option and details are under our Gift Section (on left hand menu, is the last section on the list). Please note it must be selected before 2pm on Fridays only. Alternatively you can contact us.

*There are some restrictions on areas that are covered by the guarantee of Special Delivery.

(4) Europe Airmail (by Royal Mail) - these are sent by Airmail, however we can upgrade you to Airsure which is a faster and more reliable service, please email us for a quote on Airsure.
If your order total is over £65, at our own discretion we may choose to send by Airsure, depending on the destination country, to avoid delays or loss.

(5) Worldwide Airmail (by Royal Mail) - these are sent by Airmail, however we can upgrade you to Airsure which is a faster and more reliable service, please email us for a quote on Airsure.
If your order total is over £65, at our own discretion we may choose to send by Airsure, depending on the destination country, to avoid delays or loss.

Airmail - Signature at delivery will NOT be required. We will do our very best to pack your order so that it will safely fit through your letterbox. If Airsure or International Signed For service is used a signature at delivery will be required.

Upgrading to Airsure or International Signed For If you would like to upgrade to either 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' please add to your order, these options and details are under our Gift Section (on left hand menu, is the last section on the list). Alternatively you can contact us.

Please note that we do not ship to the USA or Canada. Orders received with delivery addresses to these coutries will be refunded in full and no goods will be dispatched.

Customs Information - When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Our packaging is of a very high standard and all care is taken to ensure that all your goods arrive in top condition. We understand that during treatment a persons immune system is low, we can reassure you that the majority our items (99%) are individually bagged, ensuring a good level of hygiene is reached.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you go through to the Shopping Basket (checkout).

We do not ship on weekends.

Once we have dispatched your item, you will receive an email from us confirming this. Proof of postage is always obtained, if your parcel does not arrive for any reason within expected time please contact us. If you have any other requirements for shipping please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

RETURNS POLICY:

We will be happy to give you a full refund/credit on any item returned within
14 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as sold. They must not have their tags removed and also to be returned in their original packaging, i.e. polythene bag, box or bubble wrap to ensure they are secure and to avoid damage in transit.

Polite Note: We recommend that you remove any makeup before trying. Items that are soiled, with loose hairs, contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Think Green - Where possible re-use the packaging, most of our orders are sent in blue mailing bags, turn them inside out and you have a new mailing bag!

Please note our prepaid stamp cannot be used for returns. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Some sale or more personal items are not returnable. These items will be clearly marked next to the product description on the website and on your order with NR* (Non Returnable).

We offer a hassle free returns policy as long as the above criteria is met. Any item that does not meet the above will be returned to you at your expense with a letter explaining why.

We do not charge for restocking, however for orders over £50 were you were eligible for FREE DELIVERY when you placed the order originally, if you decide to return any items, the original postage costs will be deducted from the refund /credit amount as follows: £1.50 for the first item returned and 50p for each other item. This will only apply if your retained order value comes to below £50. The above will not apply if you paid for your delivery.

We can only issue refunds to the original card charged. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you of this and funds should reach your account within 5 working days.

Exchanges: We are also happy to do an exchange and use your credit towards a new order. If your new order goes over the credit amount, we will contact you and discuss how you would like to pay (please ensure there is a contact telephone number on your return). However if we process a new order and we owe you money we will then automatically refund you the difference.

Always request a proof postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. Bohemia Fashions will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Bohemia Fashions understands and respects how important it is to keep your information private, when you place an order with us we only collect basic information like, your name, address and email. We only use this for the following ways:

- to deliver your order
- to answer any queries or complaints
- to provide information on new products, special promotions etc.
- to analyse and review our own products and services

We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our website online or offline.

 
 

SAFE AND SECURE SHOPPING:When you shop with us, we want you to feel comfortable about credit card safety. We use www.paypal.com which provides a very high level of user authentication and encryption.

You will notice that once you proceed to enter Credit Card details, you will have the secure padlock sign at the top of your screen on the address bar as shown below.

PACKAGING:

Our packaging is of a very high standard and all care is taken to ensure that all your goods arrive in top condition. Most of our items are individually bagged, ensuring a good level of hygine is reached.
If you have selected a gift wrap we will assume that all items are a gift and wrap them together.

 
 

INVOICES:

The order confirmation that you receive via email serves as your official receipt. Included in the parcel will be a letter from us detailing your order. Because we realise that sometimes orders are sent as a gift, we do include any documents that would reflect the price.

 
 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

All problems and misunderstandings can be worked out. If there are any problems please email us.

 
 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

 
 

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS & OUR COPYRIGHT

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and a full refund given where appropriate.
